Snail appetizer in a glass, gourmet recipe
Ingredients for 6 people:
 6 dozen snails
 1 clove of garlic
 2 shallots
 1 bunch of parsley
 100g of butter
 nutmeg
 500 g of champignon mushrooms
 25 cl of white wine 
20 cl of cream
 6 slices of bread for bruschetta
 salt and pepper
Method:
Melt the herbs in the butter in a pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook them for about 5 minutes or according to your taste. Add the snails and mix the ingredients. Pour in the white wine and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes. Finally, add the cream and reduce the seasoning for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, toast the slices of bread spread with the remaining butter and set aside. Serve the snails, spreading the seasoning on the slices of bread or as shown in the photo.
