  • 500g of land snails
  • 400g of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  4. Add the snails to the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Prepare the polenta following the instructions on the package.

  6. Pour the hot polenta onto a plate and arrange the snails in the sauce on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
